Summary
The twenty-second season will focus on intense, large-scale disasters, including a major bridge collapse bringing in dozens of critically injured patients at Grey Sloan Memorial, alongside high-stakes personnel changes. Dr. Meredith Grey and Dr. Nick Marsh decide to marry after Nick is severely injured in the bridge collapse, with Meredith realizing she doesn't want to let fear dictate her life.
